Before You Create a Return Request, Please Read the Rules:

To ensure a smooth return experience, please review the following conditions carefully:

Eligibility Criteria:

• You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• A valid order number and the email used during purchase are required to submit a return.

• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt or confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or customized items

• Products that show visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse

• Sale items are non-refundable

Return Shipping:

• • We offer a pickup service for return shipments through our courier partner.
    ➤ If you opt for this, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
    ➤ A flat return shipping charge of ₹100 will apply, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • In either case, the returned item must be securely packed in its original packaging and meet all our return eligibility conditions.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method if self-shipping. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in trans

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

• If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact your bank/card provider first, then email us at info.rockwalter@gmail.com

Exchanges:

• We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

• If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same one, please email us at info.rockwalter@gmail.com before proceeding.

Gift Returns:

• If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

• If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
